Siris acquired Equiniti in December 2021 and combined it with American Stock Transfer & Trust Company (AST), creating the second-largest transfer agent globally, serving approximately 30% of the S&P 500 and approximately 50% of the FTSE 100. Siris subsequently acquired Notified, adding complementary corporate and investor relations services to the platform.

In May 2026, Siris agreed to sell Equiniti to Bullish (NYSE: BLSH) in a transaction valued at $4.2 billion. Siris views tokenization as one of the most impactful trends for financial markets since electronic trading and believes Equiniti is best positioned under Bullish’s ownership, at the intersection of traditional financial infrastructure and digital assets. Upon closing of the transaction, Siris is expected to be Bullish’s largest shareholder and will have representation on Bullish’s Board of Directors.

Under Siris ownership, Constant Contact provided a cloud-based marketing platform that enabled SMBs to create and track personalized marketing campaigns fueled by data-driven insights. A one-size-fits-all approach to marketing was ill-suited for today’s dynamic marketplaces, particularly as businesses expanded their digital footprints and transformed the ways they interacted with current and prospective customers. SMB marketers’ increasing reliance on highly personalized messaging delivered through digital channels resulted in Constant Contact’s solutions being more relevant than ever. The Company’s software solutions facilitated the creation and distribution of professional-quality marketing emails to customers with easy-to-use drag-and-drop templates to improve customer engagement and help them drive better top-line performance in their own businesses. Prior to exit, MModal completed three acquisitions to strengthen its position as the largest provider of U.S. clinical documentation solutions and also repositioned itself for growth by entering the Speech and Natural Language Understanding solutions market.

Under Siris ownership, Intralinks was a leading financial technology provider for the global banking, deal making and capital markets communities. As pioneers of the virtual data room, its technology enabled and secured the flow of information, empowering customers to work more productively and with complete confidence. Intralinks facilitated strategic initiatives such as mergers and acquisitions, capital raising and investor reporting.
